Player Evaluations for Spring 2023 - February 4th! (New Date!)

Save-the-Date! Player Evaluations for the Spring 2023 baseball season will be held on Saturday, February 4th at the home of Oxnard Youth Baseball, located at Eastwood Memorial Park, 1401 N. F Street in Oxnard.

Pinto (8U) & Bronco (12U) - 8:00 AM
Mustang (10U) & Pony (14U) - 10:30 AM
Shetland (6U) - 12:00 PM

Participating in the Player Evaluation Day helps to introduce players new and returning to their respective divisions, coaches, managers, and player agents. Player Evaluations help coaches to evaluate the starting point for each player's ability to hit, catch, and throw. That helps us to build competitive and fair teams. Attendance at Player Evaluations is not mandatory. If a player is unable to attend, they will be assigned randomly to a team through a "hat pick."

Players should dress comfortably and bring their own glove, helmet, and bat. When selecting a bat for your player, please keep the PONY Baseball Standards in mind. For more information, visit USA Baseball Bat Standard.
