How to Properly Handle an Issue at Oxnard Youth Baseball
While our goal is to make sure every child has fun at Oxnard Youth Baseball, we also try our best to help parents enjoy watching their children play at Northside. If you have questions or concerns with anything that is happening with your child's team or experience at Oxnard, please feel free to communicate directly with the designated "Team Parent" (i.e.: "Team Mom") for your team and/or with the Team Manager ("Coach"). Usually, coaches and parents can address and solve any issues they have by simply talking things out between them. If, however, you are not able to resolve your issue(s) directly with the coaches, please see the Oxnard Youth Baseball chain of command, below, and we'll do everything we can to help.IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH SOMETHING HAPPENING ON YOUR CHILD'S TEAM: Try talking to the team Manager (Head Coach) and Team Parent, first. You'd be surprised at how easily you can work things out when you just talk it through. IF YOU CAN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE DIRECTLY WITH THE TEAM PARENT(S) AND THE TEAM MANAGER AND COACH(ES): Please fill out a league grievance form an turn it in to your Division Player Agent. The Division Player Agent will then submit the form and will help you resolve the issue ASAP. NEXT STEPS (IF NECESSARY): The Player Agent Manager (the league official who oversees all of the player agents for all the divisions) would be the next Oxnard official to help you resolve your issue(s). If the Player Agent Manager needs to escalate the issue, Oxnard's President and Vice President will then take charge of the situation and help you rectify any problems you might have.
